These guys picked it up from the dealer in ChCh...they checked the entire car. We were buying hybrid a few years old - they check hybrid batteries, so ticked off that concern. When I did finally manage to make a booking it was last minute and he was able and willing to accommodate me the same day. A very thorough post inspection report was provided and Shane was also quick and willing to respond to my questions via email post service.
